chore: archive unused test scripts and temporary documents

- Moved 6 empty test files (*.test.ts) to archive/
- Moved 5 Python test scripts (*.py) to archive/
- Moved 5 outdated/temporary documents to archive/
- Cleaned up root directory for better organization
