fix: update CodexLens MCP template with AST support defaults

Browse Source 
- Add [ast] extra to uvx install args (codexlens-search[mcp,ast])
- Add CODEXLENS_AST_CHUNKING to env defaults
- Auto-inject AST_CHUNKING in buildMcpServerConfig
