When to Use Default Mode
Use for all standard bugs:
- Automatically adapts to severity (no manual mode selection needed)
- Risk score determines workflow complexity

When to Use Hotfix Mode
Only use for production incidents:

- Minimal diagnosis (assumes known issue)
