Phase 2: Structure Generation

根据配置创建 Skill 目录结构和入口文件。

Objective

  • 创建标准目录结构
  • 生成 SKILL.md 入口文件
  • 根据执行模式创建对应的子目录

Execution Steps

Step 1: 读取配置
