- dev-workflow/commands/dev.md: 保留 multiSelect backend 选择逻辑
- 保留任务类型字段 type: default|ui|quick-fix
- 保留 Backend 路由策略：default→codex, ui→gemini, quick-fix→claude
- 修复 heredoc 示例格式
