d4104214ff refactor: remove deprecated plugin modules 
清理废弃的独立插件模块,统一到主工作流:
- 删除 advanced-ai-agents (GPT-5 已集成到核心)
- 删除 requirements-clarity (已集成到 dev 工作流)
- 删除 output-styles/bmad.md (输出格式由 CLAUDE.md 管理)
- 删除 skills/codex/scripts/codex.py (由 Go wrapper 替代)
- 删除 docs/ADVANCED-AGENTS.md (功能已整合)

这些模块的功能已整合到模块化安装系统中。

- Implement Kahn's topological sort for dependency resolution
