docs: update LITE_FIX_DESIGN.md to v2.0 simplified design
Complete rewrite reflecting simplified architecture: Version Change: 1.0.0 → 2.0.0 (Simplified Design) Major Updates: 1. Mode Simplification (3 → 2) - Removed: Regular, Critical, Hotfix - Now: Default (auto-adaptive), Hotfix - Added: Intelligent self-adaptation mechanism 2. Parameter Reduction (3 → 1) - Removed: --critical, --incident - Kept: --hotfix only - Simplified: 67% fewer parameters 3. New Core Innovation: Intelligent Self-Adaptation - Phase 2 auto-calculates risk score (0-10) - Workflow adapts automatically (diagnosis depth, test strategy, review) - 4 risk levels: <3.0 (Low), 3.0-5.0 (Medium), 5.0-8.0 (High), ≥8.0 (Critical) 4. Updated All Sections: - Design comparison with lite-plan - Command syntax before/after - Intelligent adaptive workflow details - Phase-by-phase adaptation logic - Data structure extensions (confidence_level, workflow_adaptation) - Implementation roadmap updates - Success metrics (mode selection accuracy now 100%) - User experience flow comparison 5. New ADRs (Architecture Decision Records): - ADR-001: Why remove Critical mode? - ADR-002: Why keep Hotfix as separate mode? - ADR-003: Why adaptive confirmation dimensions? - ADR-004: Why remove --incident parameter? 6. Risk Assessment: - Auto-severity detection errors (mitigation: transparent scoring) - Users miss --hotfix flag (mitigation: keyword detection) - Adaptive workflow confusion (mitigation: clear explanations) Key Philosophy Shift: - v1.0: "Provide multiple modes for different scenarios" - v2.0: "Intelligent single mode that adapts to reality" Document Status: Design Complete, Development Pending
