880376aefc feat: 优化 Solution ID 命名机制并添加 GitHub 链接显示
- Solution ID 改用 4 位随机 uid (如 SOL-GH-123-a7x9) 避免多次规划时覆盖
- issue 卡片添加 GitHub 链接图标,支持点击跳转到对应 issue

a20f81d44a fix: 兼容 discovery-state.json 新旧两种格式
- readDiscoveryProgress: 自动检测 perspectives 格式(对象数组/字符串数组)
- readDiscoveryIndex: 兼容从 perspectives 和 metadata.perspectives 提取视角
- 列表 API: 优先从 results 对象提取统计数据,回退到顶层字段
- 新增 3 个测试用例验证新格式兼容性
- bump version to 6.3.22

1dca4b06a2 fix: 修复 CI 环境视觉测试跨平台兼容性问题
- 增加 visual-tester 支持尺寸不匹配时的区域提取比较
- CI 环境使用 5% 容差(本地保持 0.1%)
- 添加 workflow_dispatch 支持手动更新基准快照
- 更新后的基准快照会自动提交到仓库
