# Phase 3: Phase Generation

根据执行模式生成 Phase 文件,包含声明式工作流编排和上下文策略支持。

||
|
||
## Objective
|
||
|
||
- Sequential 模式:生成顺序 Phase 文件 + **声明式编排器**
|
||
- Autonomous 模式:生成编排器和动作文件
|
||
- 支持 **文件上下文** 和 **内存上下文** 两种策略
