# Action: DEBUG

Hypothesis-driven debugging with understanding evolution documentation.

## Purpose

- Locate error source
- Generate testable hypotheses
- Add NDJSON instrumentation
- Analyze log evidence
- Correct understanding based on evidence
- Apply fixes
