### What is a workflow session?
|
|
|
|
A workflow session is an **isolated workspace** for a specific feature or project. It contains:

- Task definitions (JSON files)
|

- Brainstorming artifacts

|
- Generated plans
|
|
- Chat logs
|
|
- Session state
|
|
|
|
**Location**: `.workflow/active/WFS-<session-name>/`
|

### How are sessions created?

Tasks are **atomic units of work** stored as JSON files in `.task/` directory:
