which doesn't work for non-interactive login shells like `bash -lc`
used by Claude Code, because Ubuntu's ~/.bashrc exits early for
non-interactive shells.
Now writes to both:
- bash: ~/.bashrc + ~/.profile
- zsh: ~/.zshrc + ~/.zprofile
Each file is checked independently for idempotency.
